A little bit about the quaint little village we'll be living in....It's called Steinalben.. It's about 20 minutes from the hospital where Mason works, so the drive is not to bad.. at least not until the winter... It's sits in the forest, there are cobel stone streets, (but those are every where here) there are lots of German people and some Americans.. we hope to become friends with the Germans and learn more of their language and their cultures... trees and flowers in every yard, there is no grocery store, no bakery, no meat market but in the next village over (about 10 minute drive) you will find every thing you need...

On one of our walks around the village we saw 5 to 6 deer resting in a field that was right next to the road... It was so cool to see them.
