How are all those sweet dreams going? You are all tucked tight in bed, nice and toasty warm....
I'm up, had my breakfast and getting ready to start my day...

Yesterday it rained pretty much all day, today it's cloudy but the sun is trying so hard to be seen. It's fall here, and the leaves are just starting to get some yellow color... Just a little while longer and it will be so pretty with all the reds, oranges, yellows and everything in between.

I'm working on making curtains for the duplex.. The lady next door gave me a ton of lace curtains, but I'm having to cut them all down, hand hem them and put casings in all of them.. I didn't bring my sewing machine so it's all by hand.. Oh well, I have the time... reminds me of my Mom, who always does stuff like this... As I've been sitting here doing this with pepsi by my side (no dogs) I've thought alot about my Mom and all that she has taught and done for me... She is a wonderful Mom who I love more then I can say... Thank you Mom for being My Mom......

My great news is that my sister Cathy is coming to visit in May.. Her and Sean will be staying with us. We are planning things to do and places to see. How much fun is that, to be able to do this with my sis... I can't wait to see her... Right now it's Paris in the Spring time....

By train Paris is only about 2 1/2 hours from us...

We have a busy weekend ahead.. Friday night is a birthday party in K-Town for a co-worker of Mason's... Saturday we have been invited to a house party for a pot luck/ get together... ( we met a couple at our favorite Greek Restaurant).. They must of liked us, now they are inviting us to their home....There will be about 20 people there... We'll go, meet some new people, and maybe make new friends to run around with...Sunday we are going on a 4 mile walk through the wine country with Steve, Ruth (a very nice German lady who is Steve's Landlord and has invited us to go ) and more of Ruth's friends....We will take a train from our village to get there and then I'm not sure... It should be very pretty this time of year.. the vineyards are being harvested and the vines are changing colors... I'll share with you from the eye of my camera the beauty I see...

Don't let the bed bugs bite.....
