Can't say we have done anything fun lately... Over the three day weekend we pretty much stayed home.. Mason and I both had colds so I was glad we didn't have any big plans... I just wanted to hang out at home and watch movies... Was a very nice and quiet weekend..

I have broke Mason, so I can't go out and find anymore free or almost free stuff to furnish our house.. His shoulder has really been bothering him and with all the heavy lifting he's been doing, it hasn't helped... The last thing I found was a nice large dresser and matching night stand.. and yes it was FREE... We are using them in the living room. The large dresser is like a sideboard and we put our T.V. on it.. and the night stand we are using for an end table... works great and the best thing is, it was all free.. We don't want to take back really any of the furniture we pick up here, so it doesn't really mater that nothing matches... as long as it's in great condition and serves my purpose that's all I need here..

There will be a few pieces we will be looking for to take back with us.. I made a short list of things I wanted to find here before we left the States.. That way I knew what I needed for our home in Arizona and not buy furniture just because I like it... (and you all know how bad I am about this) We stored so such back in the States that I don't need much.. we already have a house full back home... but let me tell ya.. I'm glad I made a list because I have seen a lot of antique furniture at a really good buy that was gorgeous... antique furniture like you don't see in the States.. I'm not to crazy about the German antique furniture but I love the French early 1900's and late 1800's ... My list has kept me in line for what I'm really looking for...

Tomorrow I go for my physical for working at the child care center on base.. I passed the FBI background check (so I know I'm not wanted anywhere) have my finger prints on file with the FBI now and have gotten all my shots. So I believe I'm good to go...
